Bridal Tasting, Fall Theme

Last week we had a tasting for some of our upcoming brides.  It was a lot of fun getting to know each other a little better while they dined.

On the menu:
Crab & Artichoke Dip
Salad Crudite
Chicken Marsala
Beef Tenderloin in Cabernet Wine Sauce
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Asparagus
Cupcakes 
Candy Buffet

Menu Tasting

This weekend we are having a menu tasting for our potential upcoming Brides!  We love having the opportunity to work with couples to custom design menus for their weddings!

On the menu so far:

Chicken Marsala
Beef Tenderloin in a Cabernet Sauce
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Crab Dip
Cake
And a few other delicious goodies!

I can't wait to post pictures next week from our culinary adventures this weekend.
